Norm, how can we even begin to thank you for taking on the sale of our home. Elaine and I can't believe how quick, smooth and easy the whole process was. In less than five days you had sold our home whereas we had it up for almost two months with 1% Realty and not a single offer. We loved it when you called us with feedback after each showing, we loved the online picture tour you had of our house and the two page spread in the paper. You accommodated the showings so that you always gave us plenty of notice. However, this isn't what impressed us the most, you listened to us all the way, understood our situation and sold our home for not a penny less than we put it up for AND we didn't make a single concession.
